This page will inform you of policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information while using our applications.

By installing and using any apps created by SWOL LLC, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

Information we collect

• During our sign up process, users have the option to authenticate with Apple, Google, or E-mail. With Apple and Google, we collect your email, first name, and the first letter of your last name. To avoid the collection of your email, you can either use the "Hide my email" feature with Apple authentication or use the E-mail sign up method and provide a throwaway email. To avoid the collection of your first name and the first letter of your last name, you can sign up with email and provide the fake name of your choosing. We do not collect your phone number, or password.
• In order to add your profile photo or any other photo to SwolTime, our applications may request access to your photo gallery or camera. These files are stored securely in Google Firebase and are only accessible by your account.
• All of the workouts you create are stored securely in Google Firebase and are only accessible by your account.
• We will NEVER share your personal information except under circumstances detailed in the Information Disclosure section.
• We will NEVER sell your personal information to advertising platforms or other companies.
• Our applications do not access your microphone, or location at any time.
• To improve our product and to provide you with historical data, we use Google Firebase to collect aggregate statistics about how you use our applications.

Information Disclosure

We limit any sharing of information we have collected about you to certain narrow purposes. Your information may be shared for the following reasons only:

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing with RevenueCat, e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service.

Security

The security of your information is important to us but keep in mind no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

• We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. These changes will be signified by updating the date at the top of this page.
• We advise you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
• We will NEVER amend this agreement to allow for the selling of your personally identifiable information.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case that the parent or guardian discovers their child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this information from our servers when notified. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please follow the Account Deletion section below and contact us if you need further assistance.

Account Deletion

In the event that you would like to delete your SwolTime data permanently, you can do so within the SwolTime app. Log in to the account you want to delete and navigate to the Profile Tab. Select the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Delete Account". If you are unable to log into your account to follow these steps, please contact us using the details below.
